GENERAL CONTRACT TERMS

I.- PRIOT INFORMATION TO THE FORMALIZATION OF THE CONTRACT
This contract may be formalized in catalan or spanish. To be able to formalize this contract you must follow the following steps:
1.- You must choose a course, download the registration form or sign up via the web.
2.- Once the form is filled, you will be sent to the electronic address: info@covamanresa.cat
3.- Within 10 days of submitting the form, you will receive the confirmation of whether your request has been accepted or not, if so you can pay the tuition fee.
4.- The document will be archived in our system. To access it or to correct errors, contact our Reception located in Camí de la Cova n. 17.  Manresa (Spain). Zip Code 08241

II.- IDENTIFICATION OF THE PARTIES
Residencia San Ignacio Provincia de España Compañía de Jesús (hereinafter Cave of Saint Ignatius) with address in Camí de la Cova 17 of Manresa (08241), with ID number: R-08-00877C
On the other, the user, the data are those that appear in the attached form, who declares that he is of legal age.
III.- OBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
The purpose of this contract is to hire a course and, in some cases, also accommodation in the Cave of Saint Ignatius.
IV.- PRICE
Before selecting the service to hire on the website you are informed of the price of the course.
V.- PAYMENT METHOD
Payment of the above amounts can be made by bank transfer, bank deposit or using the Paypal system or credit card.  
The payment of the course will be made in two terms:  
I.- The total tuition price must be paid when formalizing the reservation  
II.- The rest must have been settled 15 days before the start of the course.
VI. OBLIGATIONS OF THE USER
The user is obliged to:  
a.- Make the payment of the contracted services within the periods mentioned in the previous point  
b.- Keep secret the keys provided by La Cueva de San Ignacio to enjoy certain services. Both the user and the password are personal and non-transferable. The user has the obligation to notify the Cave of San Ignacio any incident that affects the ordinary use of the keys provided.  
c.- Respect the physical and logical systems of the Cave of San Ignacio, its suppliers or third parties, and it is prohibited to introduce or spread computer viruses or any other physical or logical systems that are likely to cause damage previously mentioned  
d.- Pets are not allowed
VII.- USE OF THE NETWORK WIFI
The Cave of Saint Ignatius has a free Wifi service for its users. This service is regulated as
follows:
To access the network it is necessary to have a password that will be provided to the reception of the Cave of Saint Ignatius. It is the responsibility of the user to secretly keep this access
password. Its disclosure is prohibited without the consent of the Cave of Saint Ignatius.
When accessing Wi-Fi services, you acquire the status of user. This condition of user implies the acceptance without any reservation of each and every one of the terms of these conditions
of use, as well as the specific conditions applicable, where appropriate, to the selected content or service. Only adults of age may be users. The use of the system for minors is subject to the
authorization of their legal representatives, being the only ones responsible for the use that minors may make of the system. We inform you that browsing through our system is not filtered, so it is possible to access content or services not recommended for less tan 18 years old.
The Cave of Saint Ignatius informs you that the majority of devices allow the blocking and filtering of access to certain services and contents that they do not consider appropriate. See

a.- Characteristics of the Wi-Fi service offered
This service only allows you access to the Internet. The Cave of Saint Ignatius cannot guarantee continued access to this service, and alterations in the service may occur due to technical
problems, natural phenomena, damage caused by third parties or internal maintenance. If you have any problem, go to the reception center. The Cave of Saint Ignatius is not responsible for the information contained in the documents, graphics, audios, videos that we exchange for our network, or those published in the places that users visit or consult.
 We inform you that the speed with which you browse may be affected by the number of users that, like you, are connected at a given time to our network, or by the traffic generated at this
time. The service is free.
b.- Prohibitions and cancellation of the service
The use of the network to:
1.- Try to increase the level of privileges of a system user.
2.- Making bulk emails "spam"
3.- Violate intellectual property rights, industrial or other legal rights
4.- The resale of the service or commercial use thereof
5.- Actions contrary to law or morals such as the Introduction, consultation, exchange or downloading of obscene, illegal, immoral or offensive content
6.- Attack the Cave of Saint Ignatius system or third party systems
7.- Voluntarily obstruct the access of other users to the network through the massive consumption of computer and telematic resources, as well as perform actions that damage, interrupt or generate errors in the systems.
8.- Try to decode the keys, systems, or encryption algorithms and any other security element that intervenes in the telematic processes of The Cave of Saint Ignatius.
9.- Any other acts of similar characteristics or that may be classified as antisocial, as well as those that directly impede the provision of the service. The Cave of Saint Ignatius reserves the right to cancel the service to the user who violates these general conditions and, in particular, the previous prohibitions.
If The Cave of Saint Ignatius detects any illegal use of the network, it will notify the competent authorities in compliance with current legislation
 c.- Obligations of the user
As a user, you will use the Wifi access service diligently and correctly and you agree not to use it for activities contrary to the law, morality, accepted good customs and / or with illicit
purposes or effects, prohibited or harmful to rights and interests of third parties, as well as not to make any use that in any way may damage, disable, overload, deteriorate or prevent the
normal use of the service, documents, files and all kinds of content stored in any computer equipment accessible through the internet. The user will be solely responsible for the consequences arising from the violation of these obligations.
 d.- Exclusion of guarantees
The Cave of Saint Ignatius has a security document that complies with Royal Decree 1720/2007, of December 21, which approves the Regulation for the development of Organic
Law 15/1999, of December 13, on protection of personal data. (BOE No. 17 of 19/1/2008) and has established all the technical means at its disposal to prevent the loss, misuse, alteration,
unauthorized access and theft of data, without prejudice to informing that security measures On the Internet they are not impregnable.   The user is solely responsible for having on their devices adequate security systems or programs such as firewalls, antivirus or others that guarantee the security of access to their information.
Given the large number of factors external to its responsibility in the provision of such a service, The Cave of Saint Ignatius does not guarantee, implicitly or explicitly, that the user can obtain all the services from the Internet.
 e.- Responsibility
As a user, you are aware and voluntarily accept that the use of Wi-Fi access spaces takes place, in any case, under your responsibility. The Cave of Saint Ignatius will not be liable for any
damages that may arise programs or any other factor beyond its control.from telephone interference or breakdowns, disconnections in the electronic system, presence of computer
viruses, malicious or any other factor beyond its control.
By way of example, not limitation, the user exempts The Cave of Saint Ignatius from any responsibility arising from:
1.- The lack of availability and continuity of the operation of the access service of the Wi-Fi spaces of The Cave of Saint Ignatius
2.- The interruption, suspension or cancellation of access
3.- The information transmitted by the users through the channel provided by this access service
4.- The damages of any nature that may be due to the improper use of this service
5.- The realization by the users of unauthorized access to protected Internet sites, using any technique of hacking, cracking, etc.
6.- Lack of service, slowness, etc., when they occur due to force majeure or due to causes that are not due to negligent action by The Cave of Saint Ignatius
7.- Damages and damages of any nature that may arise from the knowledge that third parties may have of the use of the internet that the user may make or that may be due to access and,
where appropriate, to the interception, elimination, alteration, modification or manipulation in any way the contents and communications of all kinds that users transmit, disseminate, store,
make available, receive, obtain or access through the service.
As a user, you are aware and voluntarily accept that the third-party provider of services and content, other than The Cave of Saint Ignatius, which is accessed from the Wi-Fi spaces is the
only and exclusive responsible for the damages that may be due to the provision of its contents and services.
The Cave of Saint Ignatius does not guarantee the technical availability, quality, accuracy or veracity of the contents and services available from third parties that, as a user or user, can be
accessed from the Wi-Fi spaces of the Cave of Saint Ignatius.
VIII.- OBLIGATIONS OF THE CAVE OF SAINT IGNATIUS

a.- Deliver and provide the contracted services
b.- Issue the corresponding invoice
IX.- CUSTOMER CANCELLATION

X.- DATA PROTECTION
The Cave of Saint Ignatius informs you that the data you provide in the attached forms will be included in the database called BDGACECSI of its ownership. The database contains information in question on all media. It has been created in order to manage the data of the Center, comply with legal and contractual obligations, and provide all the services it offers, as well as to send information from our center. The recipients of the information are the staff of the center and the collaborating companies necessary to fulfill their assignment. It is necessary that you provide us with all the information we request and that they respond truthfully to your current situation. If you refuse to facilitate them we will not be able to
attend correctly. In all cases, you can exercise the rights of consultation, exclusion, opposition, access, rectification and cancellation in the area recognized in Organic Law 15/1999 of December 13, protection of personal data, and RD 1720 / 2007 of December 21. The legal person in charge of the Database is The Cave of Saint Ignatius. To exercise the rights and for any clarification, you can write to our postal address: Camí de la Cova n. 17. 08241
Manresa. It will be understood that the user accepts the conditions established by pressing the 'ACCEPT' button found in all data collection forms, or sending an email to the contact addresses listed on the web.
 XI.- JURISDICTION AND APPLICABLE LAW
The relationship between the Cave of Saint Ignatius and the user will be governed by current Spanish regulations and any dispute will be submitted to the Courts of the city of Manresa.
